  Mr Meena, congratulation to u for a good article like this. But something is there, which I do not agree with. e.g. illegal children of Maharshi Vyas by way of Niyog. I opine that it is not illegal because it is under some established procedure, that is called Niyog. It does not mean that everybody should often establish such sexual relations with everyone. It is in a very special circumstance at ad-hoc basis, and when to prolong the dynasty. That is why the younger brother is called ‘Devar’ of one’s wife, i.e. he is Dway Var (the second bridegroom) at the time of such untoward happenings viz death etc. and to beget and continue the dynasty.
  In Islam also, there is a system of Mutah. And On Mutah, the child born is not called illegal.
  However, if these established procedure adopted begets children and called illegal, how a child born of married couple can be called legal. There is also a procedure/system to be married and thus the couple is registered as legal to beget a legal child.?
